Autumn 1: Monday 15th September - Thursday 16th October 2025 (5 Weeks)

You can choose a club and complete a form by clicking on the links below. Forms will only be live from the 8th September 2025 and close on the 10th September 2025.

These clubs will be delivered by sports coaches who have worked with the school previously. Dance/Cheerleading, gym and athletics will be offered for the entire school year, alternating between KS1 and KS2 each half-term; the other club will change each half-term, to provide a breadth of activities and opportunities for all year groups. 

All clubs are limited to 20 pupils and places will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. 
Online forms will close on the date specified, and you will receive a response to let you know if a place has been allocated or not (see individual Google form).

Pupils in receipt of free school meals (pupil premium) are eligible to attend one club per term, funded by the premium. If this applies to you, there is an option on the booking form for you to indicate this.

Sign-up for lunchtime clubs will be managed by school. If your child has been allocated a place at a lunchtime club, we will email to inform you so you can ensure they come in kit on that day.  As with after-school clubs, lunchtime clubs will change every five weeks to allow girls and boys of all ages access to the football club. 

Football Club - Premier Progress
Football club will continue to run at Beaconside delivered by a local company – Premier Progress. Whilst this club is only available to Beaconside pupils, it is a private letting to an external company and not facilitated/supervised by school staff. However, to guarantee the safety of our pupils, we have ensured that the company has the appropriate safeguarding procedures in place.
Places are booked in 5-week slots, in-line with the other clubs at Beaconside. Booking is facilitated by the school and it is Premier Progress who will confirm if a place is available or not and take payment.
Please note that this is an all-weather outdoor club. If weather is not safe, the session will be postponed.
