Our ECO work

On Wednesday 18th November, our ECO committee took a trip to Waseley Hills Secondary School to participate in an ECO conference with other schools from our local area. We had to present a short presentation explaining the work we had been doing in school, so we told them all about our Scarecrow competition, Waste Free Wednesdays and the wormery. We also took part in discussion with each school and decided that as a group we would like to focus on improving the amount of waste we throw away and the wattage we use on a daily basis. We had a really enjoyable time and can't wait until the next meeting.
